Down In The Hole

I got this song stuck in my head.

Now, it will be stuck in yours.

From the Great Mini-Series

The Wire

And Tom Waits for no Man.

And then there is this:

Just another bit Spike Lee…

When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts

Who I think is awesome. (wanna argue? I know Spike can be very polarizing)

Comment box below is open for business. Wail Away!

Yet, even given that, one, (all y’all) must admit: Spike is one helluva film maker

    • “Treme” is really great shit.
If you have not seen it…Well…then you are a communisss
      Thanks for visiting and commenting.

      • I’ve not seen it, but will watch it tonight. I am a fan of Mr. Lee. Do the Right Thing is a masterpiece, and it’s honest in it’s portrayal of explosive, human rage that has been building inside due to terrible injustice and suppression of freedom.

      • “Treme’ was done by the same guy who did “The Wire.” Sorry if I misled ya. Spike did his own thing on Katrina which is awesome. “Do the Right Thing” I still my favorite, but, “Jungle Fever” and “Malcolm X” rate up there for me as well.
